Notes:
Note 1: Inclement weather can be any natural forces
such as, but not limited to, high wind, higher than normal current, heavy rain,
cold temperatures, or snow, that interfere and/or make life difficult during
operations and is designated at the CRMA Captains discretion. It will be discussed with the customer and
added to the quote prior to rendering any services.

2: Easy off un-groundings are generally
termed to be any soft un-grounding that requires less than 10 minutes of effort
on the part of one tow vessel and less than 100 feet of tow line extended.
Un-grounding charges are always in addition to the applicable per hour rate.
Note
3: Moderate un-groundings are generally
termed to be any soft un-grounding that requires more than 10 minutes, but less
than 30 minutes of effort on the part of one tow vessel and up to 250 feet of
tow line extended. Un-grounding charges are always in addition to the
applicable per hour rate.
Note
4: Difficult un-groundings are any un-grounding
that requires more than the above to accomplish. Greater than 250 feet of line out, more than
one boat, any lift bags and more than 30 minutes of effort. Un-grounding
charges are always in addition to the applicable per hour rate.
Note
5: Dock to dock tows must be scheduled
24 hours in advance and are only scheduled on weekdays, from 0700-1400, any
dock to dock towing that is required on weekends or weekday afternoons after
1400 will be charged at the normal rates.
Note
6: Salvage: The rates show above are for at dock sinkings, which require 8 hours or less of salvage team
work. Rates do not include the diver rate of $150/hour, with a 2 hour minimum,
if required. Environmental damage
control is additional.
Discounts:
A 10%
discount will be subtracted from the subtotal of the CRMA invoice if the person
paying the invoice has proof of: Membership in any unit of the Power Squadrons,
active or retired member of the US Armed Services, sworn law enforcement officer
or fire fighter/paramedic, a slip lease in any Columbia Crossings facility, or
pays for the invoice in full, with cash.
Discounts will not be cumulative. Proof of discount eligibility must be
shown to the CRMA captain at the time of payment.
